We’re looking for an Associate Production Director to lead creative production across Minecraft Core Marketing. This is a senior production leadership role for someone who can bring big creative ideas to life through strong production leadership and execution. You’ll lead Producers, connect priorities across teams and build the plans, capacity, investment and production systems needed to deliver great creative work at scale. As a strategic partner to Creative and Marketing leadership, you’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, balance creative ambition with operational reality, and turn business priorities into results. Key Responsibilities Accountable for production strategy, roadmap planning, intake, and prioritization across global campaigns, content, live-service marketing, social and partner initiatives. Accountable for end-to-end portfolio delivery, on time, on budget and at the expected creative quality and brand standards. Partner with Creative Leadership to translate ambitious ideas into feasible, effective execution.
