Our unit helps secure critical customer commitments, evolve RAN architecture towards 6G, maintain performance leadership, and much more. A Solution Package (SP) is a software feature that can be deployed in customer networks. As an SP Driver, you will act as a technical project manager, supporting the end-to-end delivery of an SP from requirements and specifications through design, development, testing, and customer deployment. You will drive the content, timeline, and quality of the developed feature Solution Package (SP). Support the prioritization of user stories within the feature SP. Lead the SP through all process milestones, from pre-study to final delivery. Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early. Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to support transparency and alignment. Measure and report on project performance, making adjustments as needed to support successful delivery.
