Marketing Manager B2B Telecom SaaS

VX Fiber | Stockholm | Full-time VX Fiber is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and help us generate more qualified sales opportunities across our international markets. You will turn commercial priorities into a focused marketing plan—and deliver it. From sharpening our product messaging and creating campaigns to building HubSpot workflows and improving our website, you will combine sound marketing judgement with practical execution. As our main marketing owner, you will work closely with sales, product, leadership, agencies and marketing specialists. The role This role suits someone who enjoys both deciding what needs to happen and making it happen. You can identify the right audiences, explain a complex technology offering clearly, and build campaigns that move potential customers from initial interest to a meaningful sales conversation, experirence in technology marketing and ideally B2B telecommunicaitons is highly valued. You will have ownership of marketing planning, delivery and improvement, with the opportunity to shape how marketing develops at VX Fiber. What you’ll do Own the marketing plan. Translate business and sales priorities into clear audiences, campaigns, budgets and measurable objectives. Make deliberate choices about where to focus time and resources. Generate qualified demand. Plan, build and improve campaigns across our website, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels, taking responsibility for the content and execution. Work closely with sales. Agree target customers, qualification criteria and follow-up processes. Use feedback from sales conversations to improve targeting, messaging and lead quality. Lead product and solution messaging. Turn technical capabilities, customer insights and commercial benefits into clear positioning for network owners, service providers and other relevant buyers. Improve our website and content.
