Company description: Ericsson AB Job description: Join our Team About this opportunity We're hiring two early-career Baseband Developers to join our RU Baseband Software team in Kista. You'll join a small, highly collaborative Layer 1 (Physical Layer) team building the software that runs on Ericsson's radio baseband ASICs and DSP platforms. Our work centers on high-performance, cycle-critical signal processing across uplink and downlink physical-layer functions, directly shaping the performance of 5G networks and future 6G solutions.   You'll work alongside experienced engineers in an open, supportive environment where knowledge sharing, code reviews, and continuous learning are part of everyday work. As a member of the Baseband Software L1 team, you will contribute to the development of physical-layer software components that form the foundation of Ericsson's Radio Access Network solutions.
