Job description:We are looking for a Regional Order Fulfilment Manager to lead order fulfilment performance across our EMEA distribution network, ensuring customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently. Operating in a dynamic, multi-country environment, you will play a critical role in connecting customers, distribution centres, logistics, and supply chain teams to drive service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement. Your Mission You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver on our promise to customers across the region. Sitting at the intersection of customer service, logistics, distribution, planning, and supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders move efficiently, reliably, and safely through our regional distribution network. Your success will be measured not only by operational performance, but by your ability to create a seamless customer experience and build confidence in our supply chain capabilities.   In this highly visible leadership role, you will orchestrate fulfilment activities across multiple distribution centres, balancing customer priorities, network capacity, operational constraints, and business objectives. You will proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive swift resolution of issues to ensure s
