Software Engineer – Document Management

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Play a key role in scaling and optimizing document generation. Collaborate in a cross-functional, agile team with deep domain expertise. Work hands-on with Quadient Inspire to develop and enhance document solutions. Contribute across the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, and maintenance. Partner closely with stakeholders and continuously improve ways of working. What is needed in this role: Understanding of banking systems. 5+ years of experience in Java development and related tools. Experience with the Springboot platform. Strong knowledge of XML and structured data formats. Familiarity with testing methodologies and accessibility standards. Experience with Quadient Inspire is a plus. Exposure to Cobol z/OS or mainframe environments is a plus. A relevant academic degree. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation.
