Projektledare Industrial Engineering

We are looking for a Project Leader to join our Industrial Engineering team during a parental leave replacement. This is an opportunity to step into a role with significant responsibility and freedom, where you will independently lead installation and improvement projects that contribute to developing our industrial operations. Success in this role is less about extensive project management experience and more about your ability to lead, take initiative, and drive results. What You'll Do As a Project Leader, you will manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, from planning through implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects. - Creating clarity and momentum in projects and ensuring progress toward agreed objectives. - Managing project scope, timelines, budget, and quality. - Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. - Identifying risks, addressing challenges, and finding practical solutions. - Delivering results that create value for the business and satisfy internal customers.
