Property & Facilities Coordinator

We're looking for a Property & Facilities Coordinator to join our Property & Facilities team. In this role, you will help ensure smooth and efficient maintenance and project delivery across our shops, supporting both day-to-day operations and continuous improvements. What You'll Do As a Property & Facilities Coordinator, you'll take ownership of our CMMS platform, coordinate with suppliers, and support construction and refurbishment projects from planning to completion across our markets. You will be reporting to the Property & Facilities Consultant and work closely with Operations, Procurement, Construction, and IT to follow up on performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure high-quality delivery across our markets. Key responsibilities Own the CMMS platform – ensure accurate case management, support users, and drive improvements to the platform. Coordinate suppliers – ensure clear communication, timely follow-up, and quality control of completed work. Support projects – coordinate schedules, documentation, suppliers, timelines, and budgets for construction and refurbishment projects. Follow up and report – track maintenance, costs, response times, and project progress to ensure effective delivery.
