Marketing Controller Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Marketing Controller Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how marketing investments drive business growth. You will lead the governance, performance tracking, and strategic steering of marketing investments across paid media, owned media, and content production, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise business impact. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the strategic planning, governance, and allocation of marketing investments across channels in line with business priorities and growth ambitions. Driving a holistic view of marketing performance, connecting channel performance with commercial outcomes and long-term business impact. Defining, implementing, and continuously improving KPI frameworks that enable consistent measurement, benchmarking, and optimisation across marketing functions. Consolidating performance insights into clear and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with Marketing Strategy & Steering, Finance, and the Head of Marketing Controlling to ensure alignment between investment decisions, business goals, and growth objectives. Driving cross-functional collaboration to strengthen transparency, accountability, and effectiveness across the marketing organisation.
