Lead Project Leader - Operational Stability & Resilience Transformation

Job ID: 6457 Core Technology Change & Delivery is seeking an experienced Lead Project Leader to support the execution of Nordea’s operational stability and resilience transformation. Functionally reporting to the appointed Programme Manager, you will lead selected projects and initiatives within the programme while also providing structured programme management support. You will work across technology and business domains to turn programme priorities into executable plans, coordinate delivery activities and dependencies, and ensure transparent reporting of progress, risks, issues and outcomes. The role combines hands-on project leadership with programme coordination and governance support, contributing to initiatives focused on preventing service disruptions, detecting incidents earlier, restoring services faster and addressing the structural causes of recurring incidents. About our team Core Technology Change & Delivery is responsible for project and programme management, execution and governance of technology change initiatives. We work across business and technology teams to ensure that strategic commitments are delivered predictably, transparently and in line with the Core Technology Operating Model and Nordea Delivery Guide. Main responsibilities in this role: Lead selected operational stability and resilience projects and initiatives from planning through execution and implementation, in alignment with priorities set by the Programme Manager. Support the Programme Manager in maintaining a consolidated view of programme initiatives, including objectives, ownership, milestones, funding, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes. Translate programme objectives and priorities into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables and measurable success criteria.
