Job Description The Project Leader is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering workplace and real estate projects across the Nordic region, including lease-related matters, change initiatives and workplace transformation projects. The role works closely with Real Estate, business stakeholders and external partners across the Nordic countries, ensuring delivery in line with scope, timeline and budget. Projects may be delivered in countries other than where the Project Leader is based. Project Management & deliveryLead and execute workplace and real estate projects end-to-end (e.g. relocations, rebuilds, consolidations) Define project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards Identify and manage risks, dependencies and critical path Lease negotiation & regulatory processesSupport and lead lease negotiations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Manage matters related to rent reviews, lease extensions and terminations Represent or support cases in the Rent Tribunal when required Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations Change Management &
