About the Role You will step into a large-scale digital factory transformation where manufacturing, logistics, automation and IT/OT need to work as one integrated environment. In this role, you will create structure and momentum across a broad portfolio of factory and production systems that are critical for a successful factory go live. You will work closely with business functions, engineering, operations, suppliers and implementation partners, with a clear mandate to build transparency, governance and delivery discipline across parallel workstreams. Job DescriptionYou will establish and maintain an integrated digitalization roadmap and portfolio dashboard. You will drive program governance, planning cycles, status reviews and executive reporting across multiple workstreams. You will track milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risks, decisions and actions to keep the program moving in the right direction. You will maintain RAID logs and proactively drive risk mitigation and escalation. You will monitor budgets, forecasts, actual costs, resource utilization and external spending. You will maintain strong scope control and support structured change management. You will coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT/IS, automation, suppliers and implementation partners.
