Senior Workday Integration Lead Developer

About the Role You will take a leading role in a major Workday implementation where more than 100 integrations need to be assessed, redesigned, and delivered across HR, payroll, identity management, finance, and other enterprise systems. This is a complex enterprise environment where integration quality, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability are critical. In this role, you combine hands-on development with technical leadership. You will help define the integration architecture, set development standards and best practices, and guide key design decisions together with architects, business analysts, application teams, and implementation partners. Job DescriptionYou will assess existing interfaces and redesign integrations affected by the Workday implementation. You will build scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations using Workday technologies. You will act as a technical expert for Workday integration architecture and support solution decisions based on business and technical needs. You will define integration patterns, standards, development guidelines, and best practices for the broader team. You will mentor developers and help strengthen Workday integration knowledge internally. You will work closely with implementation partners, architects, business analysts, and application teams to move design and delivery forward.
