Business IT Solution Developer - Credit & AML

We are looking for a Business IT Solution Developer – Credit & AML to join our Process & IT Support team. In this role, you will act as the link between business and technology, driving the development, enhancement, and support of critical Credit and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions used across our Nordic and Baltic markets. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external software vendors to transform business needs into scalable and efficient IT solutions. Working within a modern and highly integrated application landscape, you will help ensure secure, compliant, and seamless customer and financing processes while contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital capabilities. Job Responsibilities Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Design technical solutions together with internal stakeholders and external partners. Collaborate with vendors such as BanqSoft throughout development and implementation. Develop and maintain integrations, automations, and smaller application enhancements.
