We are currently seeking a Senior Embedded Developer to enhance our Vessel Optimization team. Main responsibilities As part of Manta Marine Technologies Vessel Optimization business line, you’ll work with FuelOpt, our onboard fuel optimisation system installed on more than 500 vessels worldwide. FuelOpt helps ship owners improve operational performance, reduce fuel consumption, and lower emissions through real-time propulsion optimisation. As a Senior Embedded Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded applications running on our proprietary hardware platform. You will work closely with other developers, application engineers, and adjacent product teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions for vessel operating worldwide. The role combines software development, troubleshooting, product improvement, and technical collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain embedded software in C running on real-time embedded kernel, on in-house hardware Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our proprietary hardware platform Diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, operating system, and application layers Participate in concept development and implementation of new product features Develop and maintain internal tools that support system configuration and deployment Integrate
