ServiceNow Developer

Nordic Investin is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You want to develop ServiceNow as a serious enterprise platform, with clean configuration, useful automation and code that remains supportable. The partner operates a large ServiceNow environment that supports customer delivery and internal work. You will join an agile team developing existing capabilities and introducing new modules at a steady pace. The work spans organisational boundaries and requires both technical understanding and disciplined communication. Decisions must remain useful when they reach delivery teams, suppliers and operational owners. How you will work You will work across teams with different incentives, technical histories and decision rights. The partner expects concise preparation, visible dependencies and follow through after meetings. Strong performance means that people understand what was decided, why it matters and what they now own. You will receive meaningful ownership while working with senior colleagues on the most consequential decisions.
