Your Role In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive both technological innovation and business growth. Collaborating with engineers, business stakeholders, and international partners, you will oversee new product development programs from concept to market launch within the industrial heating area. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering project outcomes, creating customer value, and ensuring that strategic business objectives are achieved. · Lead from the front—coordinate all facets of project delivery including planning, staffing, resources, subcontractor relationships, and close stakeholder management with finance, quality assurance, sourcing, logistics et al. · Drive risk and change management to ensure smooth project execution—anticipate challenges and implement mitigation strategies to keep everything on track. · Ensure project excellence by aligning with top-tier security, quality, and contractual requirements, set the standard, don’t just meet it. · Lead retrospectives with impact—uncover insights, leverage AI-
