About the Role You will take a leading role in adaptive testing in an automotive environment where field execution, technical coordination, and structured follow-up are critical. The role combines hands-on testing support with back-office coordination, giving you a central position between engineers in the field, issue management, and technical project leadership. You will help create the right conditions for effective testing by supporting planning, route coordination, software update alignment, and clear reporting. This is a role for you if you enjoy connecting practical test work with planning, communication, and quality in execution. You will work close to real vehicle testing and help ensure that findings are captured, escalated, and acted on.
