If so, come join our Resource Management team in the role as Long Term planner!   Challenges you will work on: As a Long Term Planner you get a chance to work in a challenging role with the opportunity to develop yourself and contribute to the success of SAS operations.  In this role, you are responsible for making it possible to allocate the right number of people, at the right time and with the right qualification.In this exciting and dynamic role, you will secure the balance between resource supply and production demand.  You will tackle the intricate task of laying the foundation to a successful operation and achieving high productivity and cost efficiency. Your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial of high impact. Some of the main areas of responsibility: •    Resource budget and 5Y/3Y long term business plan •    Monthly forecast iterations and budget follow ups•    Proactively identify, assess, present and support in key business improvement opportunities•    Business partner to key stakeholders The Team You will be part of a high-performing and diverse team composed of talented professionals from various backgrounds.
