Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive development epic/project in Automation, Digitalisation and Converting Process Integration. The client are, in this epic, looking to centralize configuration of quality parameters. As a Project Manager you will: Be responsible for project execution and providing project leadership to deliver project result. Secure project deliverables according to epic charter. Manage project/epic deliverables in a SAFe/hybrid organizational setting through utilization of scrum/kanban/agile development teams. Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget. Drive productivity in projects through utilization of processes and tools including quality, project governance, and risk management. Manage dependencies prioritization towards teams. Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan. Provide lessons learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools. Collaborate with project implementation teams. Present Project Status Reports in monthly sprint reviews and governance meetings. Participate in product increment and sprint planning. Execute according to Tetra Pak strategy and its elements. We believe you have Passion about being a Project Manager and leading a skilled teams toward a common goal. Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Computer science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineer, Food Science or similar discipline; or equivalent skills and experience. PM certification. At least 5 years Project Management experience. Leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and project planning. Very good command of the written and spoken English language.
