Working closely with the (Lead) Program Manager, you take responsibility for managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties. Your role spans planning, coordination, team enablement, and the execution of a structured development plan across multiple technical domains and global sites. With a strong focus on operational delivery, you own defined sub‑areas of the program and ensure that milestones, risks, and dependencies are proactively managed to support overall program success. What You Will Do Support the Program Manager in the realization of Automotive programs; acts as deputy for defined tasks and work packages Responsible for assigned sub areas of planning and controlling Supports customer alignment regarding schedules, deliveries, and technical topics for defined scopes Contributes to budget planning / business case activities and supports the compilation of development requests Planning and coordination of samples and related peripherals in alignment with the Program Manager and engineering teams Supports the creation, maintenance, and release of program related documentation in TeamCenter, ensuring that all relevant artifacts (e.g., BOM updates, requirements, change documentation, meeting minutes, program deliverables) are stored, version controlled, and align
