Software Developer - Audio Tools

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic Audio Tools team at Dirac. About the role You will be part of a dedicated team developing our audio tuning tools and implementations of our signal processing algorithms. The team is a full-stack team consisting of experts of GUI design, algorithm design, DSP embedded programming and cloud development. Each team member has their own area of expertise but there are plenty of opportunities to work across each discipline. You will work closely with other Dirac software developers, tuning engineers and researchers to invent the future of sound. Key responsibilities: Implement audio algorithms into the Dirac filter design tool in C++ Design and implement the user-interface for an easy-to-use experience Coordinate with stakeholders in our research and customer solution departments Take part in architectural discussions to design the tool for scalability Maintain, test and release the application on windows Assist the Technology Manager to refine complex and large work items into smaller, valuable and estimated user stories Run the daily meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives Qualifications and experience Master of Science in computer Science or equivalent experience Strong programming experience and proficiency in C++ Ability to use a variety of open-source technologies and cloud services Experience with GUI developme
