About the role We’re looking for an experienced and driven leader to take ownership of how we plan and deliver projects across the organization. You’ll play a key role in making sure projects are delivered in a structured, consistent way using our Initiative Management (IM) approach, while staying aligned with both local and global priorities. In this role, you’ll lead and coach a team to make sure projects deliver real value — on time, within budget, and in line with our targets for safety, quality, sustainability, and performance. You’ll also be responsible for CAPEX planning, budget follow-up, and keeping partners informed along the way. Key responsibilities and tasks Define and drive project strategies aligned with company goals, as well as deliver projects according to targets for time, cost, and value. Lead feasibility studies, engineering evaluations, and technology assessments. Plan and lead CAPEX and expense budgets, including forecasting and revisions. Track financial performance and ensure accurate monthly reporting. Act as a role model in safety and ensure compliance with our policies, standards and ISO requirements. Lead, coach, and develop your team to build strong capabilities and high performance. Support other departments with structure, guidance, and standards in project management.
