Manager, People Operations Nordics

From operations to innovation, our support team lays the foundation that helps our shops thrive.  About the Role   As Manager, People Operations Nordics you will lead the People Operations function and drive successful execution of the people strategy – ensuring that we attract, recruit, retain and develop the right talent in our shops and proudly create and deliver an outstanding employee experience. You will be part of the People & Sustainability Leadership Team, and lead the People Operations Nordics team. You will execute people strategy for Operations (our coffee shops), ensure alignment in HR BP practices and plans across the Nordics, lead & coach the Nordic HR BP team in supporting the markets. You will also act as an advisor on people processes to ensure compliance.  You will through market and business understanding adapt and implement local people processes and incorporate the Espresso House culture and ensure values are reflected in daily practices and interactions.
