Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer (.NET, FHIR & openEHR) Location: Linköping, Sweden (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week) Assignment Period: August 2026 – August 2027, with possible extension We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join an innovative healthcare IT initiative focused on secure and standardized healthcare information management. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain integrations between healthcare systems • Design and implement data transformations and mappings • Build and maintain backend services and APIs • Develop user-facing applications and functionality • Work with healthcare information standards and interoperability solutions • Ensure high data quality, traceability, and information security • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Required Skills: • 4+ years of experience in software development • Strong experience with .NET and C# • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Experience with data transformation and data mapping • Experience working with JSON and modern web technologies • Strong backend development experience • Fluent Swedish and English Meritorious: • Experience within healthcare IT • Knowledge of FHIR and/or openEHR • Experience with data migration and interoperability solutions • Experience working in information-critical environments This is a long-term consultant assignment offering the opportunity to work with modern technologies and contribute to the future of healthcare information management.
