In this role, your insights and ideas help transform customer needs into aftermarket solutions that strengthen fleet performance and create long‑term value. Your Mission As Product Manager – Aftermarket for Epiroc’s Exploration business, your mission is to guide and continuously develop a diverse aftermarket portfolio spanning parts, service kits, rebuilds, and digital offerings. This role offers the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, define value propositions, and support go‑to‑market activities while working closely with Customer Centers and cross‑functional teams. Customer requirements and business strategy are turned into competitive, value‑creating solutions that enhance fleet productivity and support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment. By understanding challenges around availability, reliability, and total cost of ownership, insights are transformed into offerings that strengthen performance and customer satisfaction. Both global and regional markets benefit from your support in pricing structures, warranty frameworks, service programs, and performance analysis. Collaboration with engineering, production, supply chain, logistics, and digital teams ensures aftermarket readiness and integrates customer perspectives early in product development. The position also plays an active role in forecasting, demand planning, revenue and margin development, and key KPIs such as parts availability and service performance. Another exciting aspect is contributing to the integration of digital solutions — from connected services and e‑commerce platforms to predictive analytics and data‑driven service planning — continuously improving processes, offerings, and the overall customer experience.
