Project Manager Level 2

Project Manager Level 2  The role is based in Sweden and offers a combination of on-site work and head office responsibilities. The candidate is expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field, along with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience working with tier one contractors. A strong working knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards in Sweden is required. Additionally, the role demands excellent time management and communication skills, as well as strong computer literacy and the ability to prepare reports and manage the necessary administrative documentation.   Key Responsibilities In this role, you will report to the Project Lead / Contracts Manager / Project Director, with key responsibilities including, but not limited to: Help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project. Agreeing project objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction Representing the interests of the Client and Bravida Responsible for the successful delivery of a project through leadership, management, technical and engineering expertise throughout the lifecycle of the project Providing advice on the management of projects Organizing the various professional people working on a project Monitoring the workflow of sub-contractors ensuring guidelines are maintained Monitor construction to ensure quality of workmanship and materials Carrying out risk assessments Work to resolve critical site issues Ensuring all the aims of the project are met Co-ordinate project activities in accordance with company Quality System, Standard Quality Procedures and Engineering Specifications Ensure Design Team provide required information on time Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress Assisting the Project commercial team with the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budget Agreeing schedu
