Midsummer also develops and sells complete manufacturing systems for the manufacturing of flexible thin-film solar cells, which are supplied to customers worldwide. About the Role As a PV Production Technician, you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of flexible photovoltaic (PV) modules. The role ensures consistent product quality, stable process performance, and an efficient production flow. Our technicians work closely with production engineers, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and continuous manufacturing. The position includes occasional travel. Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV production equipment to ensure stable and reliable process performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues, restoring equipment functionality with minimal downtime. Monitor and verify process conditions, ensuring all systems operate within defined parameters before releasing equipment to production. Optimize equipment and process performance by supporting engineering improvements, upgrades, and calibration activities. Document all maintenance actions and deviations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and traceability standards.
