Senior Backend Developer Kubernetes
Overview The client is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong Kubernetes expertise to contribute to the development of next-generation condition monitoring solutions. These solutions aim to deliver actionable insights from machine data, enabling improved performance, reliability, and longevity of industrial equipment. The role involves working on a modern web-based platform designed to provide users with fast, accurate diagnostics and a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Infrastructure Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for application deployment Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient release cycles Ensure high availability and performance across both cloud and on-premise environments Backend Engineering & Data Integration Build and enhance backend services that support large-scale data processing Integrate robust data handling capabilities for real-time and high-volume machine data Manage and optimize database systems, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions System Reliability, Security & Quality Maintain system scalability, security, and resilience through best practices Apply secure coding standards, including encryption and authentication mechanisms Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system stability Documentation & Support Prepare clear technical documentation to support deployment and maintenance activities Assist internal teams with platform-related queries and operational support Collaboration & Agile Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment Contribute to team discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives Actively participate in a collaborative culture that values autonomy and accountability Required Experience Strong background in backend development, preferably within industrial or complex system environments Hands-on experience with containerization
