We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst who combines strong analytical expertise with modern data platform knowledge and agile ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business, and is comfortable taking on a hybrid role with ~30% Scrum Master responsibilities.You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving stakeholder engagement, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Visualization (Primary Focus)   Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytical solutions Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance best practices Work with Azure data platform (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) to source and transform data Integrate and consume data from APIs and external systems Collaborate with data engineers and architects to build efficient data pipelines   Stakeholder Management & Re
