About the Assignment You will support a Service Operations organisation where multiple programmes, initiatives and business-as-usual activities run in parallel. The assignment is all about creating structure, keeping momentum and making sure actions, risks, decisions and dependencies are visible and followed through across stakeholders. In this role, you will work independently and stay close to both delivery and governance. You will turn input from different sources into clear reporting, practical follow-up and better transparency for leaders and teams. Job DescriptionYou will drive structured coordination across programmes and initiatives by tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones. You will maintain and continuously update trackers, governance artefacts and shared resources, while identifying delays, gaps or misalignment early and driving follow-up or escalation when needed. You will coordinate meetings, working groups and cross-functional follow-up, making sure decisions are documented, actions are assigned and commitments are completed. You will prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations and progress updates that give leadership clear visibility of delivery health. You will gather and synthesise information from multiple sources to support decision-making and programme oversight. You will support onboarding and offboarding coordination, help ensure system readiness and contribute hands-on to selected programme activities.
