In this role, you will be responsible for leading one of our System Software teams, a cornerstone in securing robust, high‑quality base solutions that meet both current and future business needs. We are seeking an experienced manager who can lead a high‑performing team in a demanding environment, with strong expectations on delivery, quality, and long‑term sustainability of our base solutions. You will combine leadership, technical understanding, and strategic thinking to support continuous improvement while developing and empowering your team.
