About the role As Service Owner – R&D Workplace, you will take strategic and operational ownership of a specialized workplace service that supports R&D developers, CAD-users, test-rigs and other R&D departments with advanced technical requirements. This service enables development work that cannot be performed using standard workplace services, such as embedded systems development, robotics, hardware integration, and laboratory environments. Your responsibility is to ensure the service is secure, compliant, standardized, and fit for purpose, while aligned with Husqvarna Group’s long‑term Workplace and security strategy. You will own the full-service lifecycle — from design and roadmap to governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management — working closely with R&D, Information Security, Network teams, and external IT partners. You will be part of the End User Services organization and report to the Head of End User Services.
