Do you want to build high-performance software for the future of live media production? At Appear, we develop technology used to power some of the world’s largest broadcasters, sports leagues, and media companies. We are now looking to hire two Senior Software Engineers to strengthen our Dynamite team in Stockholm. In this role, you will design and build performance-critical systems where low latency, reliability, and real-time processing are essential. This role is focused on developing a new suite of live production applications, including Multiviewer and other production tools used in broadcast environments. These systems allow production teams to monitor, control, and produce live content in flexible and modern ways. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our engineering teams in Stockholm, Oslo, and the UK, contributing to solutions used in some of the most demanding live media environments in the world. What you will work on Designing and developing native and containerised dynamic media processing software solutions. Building components for real-time live production systems Contributing to the development of Multiviewer and future production tools Working on systems where low latency, reliability and performance are critical Helping shape the architecture of Appear’s software-defined production platform Further responsibilities Write, test and maintain high quality code following best practices and coding standards Debug, troubleshoot and optimise complex systems to ensure stability and performance Collaborate closely with QA, Product, Support and other Development teams to deliver integrated solutions Share knowledge within the team and support the development of other engineers Stay current with relevant technologies and industry developments to continuously improve our solutions What you bring to the team We are looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and building robust, high-
