About the job You own the strategic interface between Seco and Machining Logistics, where you establish governance models, ensure KPI transparency, improve flows and handovers, and drive long‑term improvements that enhance cross‑functional performance. This role plays a key part in shaping how Seco interfaces with Machining Logistics and influences the development of our global logistics flows. What you do: Translate business needs into logistics requirements. Oversee governance forums and ensure transparency in logistics performance and KPIs. Drive corrective actions and accountability for deviations. Identify bottlenecks across the interface and lead cross-functional discussions to resolve them. Improve handovers and reduce operational ambiguity. Contribute to roadmap and prioritized improvement initiatives. Advance continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making. Identify opportunities to improve logistics performance, cost efficiency and service reliability across the interface.
