Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst at Sellpy As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in improving how Sellpy plans and runs its warehouse operations across Europe. You will work closely with the COO and Operations Management, analyzing data and turning insights into clear, actionable initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability. In short, you will Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve warehouse performance Support forecasting and translate forecasts into operational plans Build and maintain models for capacity planning and staffing needs Help operations teams make data-driven decisions Develop structures for short-term planning across Sellpy warehouses in Europe Support scaling and efficiency improvements in Sellpy operations We use SQL Google Sheets / Excel Data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Redash) Requirements 1–3 years of experience working with data analysis, operations, logistics, consulting or a similar field Experience analyzing data and turning insights into actions Experience using SQL and Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable working with large datasets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar (or relevant experience) Written and spoken fluency in English, as this is our company language We believe you are a curious and analytical person who enjoys diving into data, asking questions, and turning insights into real improvements.
