As the Business Analyst for the Segmentation Engine application, you’ll play a valuable role in developing future solutions for our customers. About our team Welcome to Credit Information Change and Development – a team of a bit more than 30 people with members in Nordics, Estonia and Poland. We govern and support the key strategic implementations of the Credit and Capital Data foundation with focus on Credit needs in alignment with our stakeholders. We deliver value to business through Credit automation, Credit risk monitoring and reporting and Data governance and Quality assurance. Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. Some of your key responsibilities will: Describe “as-is” and “to-be” business processes. Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure solutions meet customer and business needs. Contribute to the creation of features/user stories. Detail selected business requirements and document them with acceptance criteria. Ensure risks and compliance aspects are identified and addressed in requirements. Communicate planned solutions to business stakeholders and align expectations. Support PO in backlog refinement.
