This Position reports to: Head of Business Transformation. We are looking for a Systems Portal Manager to build and manage the intranet portal that makes the Robotics Operating System (RO-OS) visible and understandable through the Robotics organization. In this role, you will translate organizational structures, processes, and ways of working into clear, visual, and accessible content. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and the wider business, you will ensure that employees can easily understand how Robotics operates, who is responsible for what, and how processes connect across the organization. You will play a key role in establishing transparency and enabling collaboration by creating a central, structured, and user-friendly platform that visualizes the Robotics Operating System. Responsibilities Own and manage the RO‑OS portal to ensure clarity, consistency, intuitive navigation, and alignment with communication standards. Translate information about structures, processes, and ways of working into clear, visual, and user‑friendly content.
