Job Summary We are looking for a strong Corporate Communications Manager who is a seasoned communications strategist responsible for shaping, managing, and elevating the communications of the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and key enterprise-level entities such as Tetra Laval and other leaders in the organisation. This role demands exceptional stakeholder-management skills, organizational maturity, editorial judgment, and the ability to advise and support high visibility leaders on complex, high impact communication topics. This leader will drive executive positioning, ensure enterprise-wide communications governance, steward high stakes Tetra Laval communications, and build a strong platform for thought leadership across the company. What you will do 1. CEO & Executive Leadership Communications Build, lead, and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy for the CEO and select ELT members, including: Developing long term positioning themes, narratives, and thought leadership pillars. Managing an executive editorial calendar with weekly and monthly planning routines. Driving CEO and select ELT visibility via: Thought leadership content LinkedIn profiling and engagement strategy Table Talk video series Speaking engagements and high profile appearances Providing counsel and hands on support for EVP level positioning needs. 2. Tetra Laval Lead all key Tetra Laval communications and reputation stewardship activities, including: Tetra Laval PR, issues, and crisis management activities.
