This Position reports to: Service Manager Your Role and Responsibilities Take your next career step at ABB Robotics and lead a service organization that plays a crucial role in delivering first-class turnkey automation solutions to our customers. In this role, you will take full ownership of the business, the project portfolio, and the team—becoming a key contributor to our customers’ productivity and long-term success. As Service Project Management Manager, you will lead a skilled, close-knit team of Project Managers and Project/Site Engineers responsible for technical execution at customer sites. The role combines commercial and operational accountability, with clear business, profit, and leadership responsibilities. Your main responsibilities include: Leading and developing the team, including full personnel responsibility and day-to-day coaching. Owning and driving the project portfolio – from planning to delivery – with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
