This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Owner—driving embedded product development with a user-centric and platform-aligned approach—with team leadership responsibilities. You will lead a team of embedded system developers, support collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, and play a key role in team development, performance, and motivation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on combining strategic product ownership with hands-on leadership of a technical team. Key Responsibilities As Product Owner: Own and prioritize the backlog, translating product vision and roadmap into user stories and tasks. Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Product Managers to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs and technical feasibility. Foster a collaborative team environment with hardware and software developers, UX/UI designers, Scrum Master, and stakeholders. Prioritize embedded systems and platform improvements that directly impact product features or control system capabilities. Handle and prioritize support cases escalated from the global service team, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Act as the main point of contact for production regarding embedded control systems, configuration tools, and end-of-line testing. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and technical team to define user stories and ensure timely delivery with expected quality standards. Validate features and user needs using feedback loops, testing, and analytics. As Team Lead: Lead and support the team day-to-day, providing coaching, support, and regular development dialogues.
