Job Responsibilities As an Assignment Leader, you will lead and manage meaningful assignments from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with our strategic goals. You’ll establish and guide cross-functional project teams, developing and coordinating progress, timelines, business cases, and key activities. Your responsibilities will include representing project teams at various information and decision forums and motivating and coaching team members to maintain progress despite any obstacles. Additionally, you will actively contribute to improvement initiatives, helping drive us toward our long-term strategic targets. This role will develop your leadership skills and broaden your competence and network.
