Service Application Engineer

Job description We are currently looking for a candidate to join the Gas Turbine Overhaul section. You will be responsible for preparing technical scopes for upcoming overhauls and will work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals. Additionally, you will support the execution of maintenance projects, working hand-in-hand with project managers and field service teams. Responsibilities Your Responsibilities - Define technical scopes not only for overhauls and repairs but also for spare parts when customers require specific parts. You will collaborate to prepare detailed parts scopes as needed. - Recommend service bulletins, modifications, and improvements to enhance performance, availability, and reliability - Tailor technical proposals to meet client expectations and site-specific requirements - Define site activities, tooling, instruments, spare parts, and consumables needed for overhauls - Support modernization and upgrade projects, including scoping for sales and execution phases - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by proposing tailored technical solutions - Lead execution of maintenance projects as technical lead, collaborating with project managers and site teams - Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and maintain technical support throughout the project lifecycle for successful delivery and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the preparation of LTP (Long-Term Program) contracts by providing technical feedback and scope details for the turbines under your responsibility.
