We’re looking for a Content Acquisition Manager to join our global Business Affairs team. The role can be based in Sofia, Amsterdam, Warszaw, Istanbul, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm. The working language is English. This is a commercially focused role at the heart of how Storytel builds and scales its content offering across markets. The Business Affairs team is responsible for content acquisitions and commercial negotiations, working closely with local editors and publishers in our markets. Based on editorial priorities, we structure, negotiate and execute the agreements that bring great audiobooks and e-books to Storytel users worldwide. The role As Content Acquisition Manager, you will own and drive commercial relationships with publishers and agents in your assigned markets. You will be responsible for negotiating and structuring content agreements that balance editorial ambition, commercial performance, and long term partnerships. While content experts define what catalogue to acquire, you will be the negotiation lead. You will design the deal based on our existing approaches, negotiate the terms, and ensure contracts are aligned with Storytel’s strategy. Once fully onboarded, no content contract in your market will be concluded without your involvement. This is a role with real ownership, visibility, and impact.
