We are now more than 600 people across ten studios, building apps used by millions every day. As our next Lead Android Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional product team of designers, developers, QA engineers, analysts, and product leads who take ideas from first concept to real-world product. You will also take on a broader role, guiding technical decisions, coaching teammates, and ensuring the team builds with both quality and long-term thinking in mind. On top of that you will contribute to our Android competence area, a company-wide group where app developers meet regularly to exchange knowledge, deepen their skills, and grow professionally together. What you will do As a Senior Android Developer, you will combine hands-on building with technical leadership to shape how we create world-class Android experiences. More specifically, you will: Build modern Android apps using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android’s latest libraries and patterns. Define and uphold high engineering standards, clean architecture, maintainability, testability, and strong performance. Work closely with designers and your product team to cra
