Work involves development of product customizations, project validation, product integration support as well as other technical customer support. The customer support is typically towards a customer's engineering team and ranges from questions about how something works to analyses or investigations of how our product behaves given certain data. The project team develops various tools to facilitate troubleshooting or data analysis for the customer. The team also actively improves different CI pipelines, especially the product release pipeline. It is a friendly and international team where collaboration with our Customer Program Owners, as well as with other development teams within the company, is essential.
